Ingredients
300g Beef & Pork, minced (50/50)
1 Egg
2 gloves Garlic, peeled & minced
4 sheets Puff Pastry (12cm x 12cm)
2 tbsp Bread Crumbs
1 tbsp Any Dried Herb/Spice you like (Rosemary, Thyme, Paprika etc.)
Method
1. Pre- heat the oven at 200oC.
2. Whisk the eggs.
3. Mix half of the eggs with the minced meat,
garlic, spices and bread crumbs.
4. Defrost the puff pastry sheets.
5. Portion the meat and make 4 sausages of 12cm length.
6. Put the sausage on one side of the puff pastry.
7. Fold the other half over the sausage and press firmly your finger and then with a fork.
8. Put the pastry on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
9. Brush them with the remaining egg and bake for 25-30 min till golden brown
